SHIPPING
We're expecting a very large warehouse sale and have prepared our warehouse so they can fulfill quickly! As such, please remember COVID spacing restrictions are in place and it may take a few days to process your order entirely. We will automatically send tracking numbers after your kit has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to show movement.
At this time we cannot offer shipping outside the USA.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Warehouse Sale items are in new condition and include everything you need to complete your masterpiece (paints, brushes, number map, and reference photo). Warehouse Sale kits may have paints that are nearing their expiration date. We guarantee our paints for 30 days from purchase, reach out to us if you have any issues with your paint upon arrival. All items are final sale and returns from the warehouse sale will not be accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order, please send us an email. However, our warehouse will be working like rapid fire around the clock to get orders to customers in the quickest way possible. Because of this, we are not able to guarantee that we can cancel your order after it has been placed.
